The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is terrific ( in the city). The outdoor pool is heated and a real treat.

A few things did not work well (refrigerator in the room was not very cold and the sink stopper did not work and the elevator is small and slow) but that is all part of the charm of this hotel (I have stayed here several times and plan to stay at least 2 more times in the coming months).

it was a nice hotel to stay in, the staff was nice and friendly.

it was in the downtown area and there really weren't any restraunts close by. There werent really in accomodations in the rooms, would of preferred a room with a microwave and a small refrigerator in it.

    Very good

Easy checkin and out also very knowledgeable staff.

We were in town for the nam pagent. We had to check before eleven on our last day but had time free from one till six at night ( finale was eight at night)when we wanted to use the pool. They were unable to accomidate us for those few hours. We would have paid extra for the use of the pool and didn't mind not having a room to go back to, Also I found sugar ants in our room. But that could happen anywhere

The service was great. We had a two queen room. One of the bed had a problem. I called service. They sent a repair person to our room. The repair guy was very nice. He checked the bed, and told us to call front desk to change room. I just hung up the phone with front desk. The repair guy already brought us the new keys for new room. Excellent service.

Gr8 experience but unfortunately I was attacked by bed bugs the second night. I began to itch mid day and about an hour later I felt something nibbling on my head. I smashed it with my fingers and then too it to the sink it was a bedbug full of my blood. I went to the front desk they apologized and I showed them bites. They switched me to another room refunded one night and gave me laundry soap. Rey handled it well but it's an unfortunate situation. The next day I had more than 10 bites with my face partially swollen we chose to switch hotels

Nice area. I stayed out here for a concert at the Armory. It's a nice place that's close enough to the venue at a reasonable cost. Definetly recomend this hotel if you want a nice place close to the city.

It was a long walk from elevator to our room!

Hotel is old and needs to be up dated, there was only heat in the rooms no cool air, room was to hot and the staff couldn't do anything about it, carpet in the room was dirty, room needs pant, ceiling tile was hugging down as you entered the room,no continental breakfast, and only one entrance into the building at night, you park in the back of the building and you have to walk all around the building to get in, I was not happy with my stay.

I was concerned about the facility. Internet was a disaster. Meal and drinks in the dining room was a bit overpriced. Elevators were on the fritz. We got locked out of our room because they were confused about out leaving date and consequently received no housekeeping that day. In general-it seems like the hotel is in a state of decay. I have stayed in the hotel before and came back expecting slightly better accommodations.

Furniture old and smelly facilities were poor there were work all day and night it was noisy there is nothing close to hotel even though it was down town but it look like the place was abandon and taxi were high price

  • 8.2

It was clean and close to the University where my son was graduating from the next day.

The elevator took too long - perhaps more elevators are needed for a place of such size. There needed to be more than one microwave to heat the breakfast sandwiches as it took too long when there were several people waiting to heat their sandwiches. Perhaps have the sandwiches already prepared.

  • 6.2

Price quoted was much less than what I paid the day of my stay. Be careful of the hidden costs.

Needed a better lounge area in the entrance. Too spread out. Rooms far from elevator. Request room near elevator if you have an older adult with you.

Poor appearance of facilities and services, in particular in the lobby. Absolutely insufficient elevator capacity and maintenance

    Very good

    Affordable. Easy parking.

The toilet was dirty. The foor didn't appear to have been vacuumed. The bathroom sink wouldn't turn completely off, so water was continually trickling.
